Blue Chamomile Absolute( Matricaria recutita) has a sweet hay -like aroma, very delicate. It has a fruity and herbaceous undertone. It must be diluted. The absolute is a thick liquid added in very small quantities in a blend as a top note.
Historically, blue chamomile has been used in skincare for an anti inflammatory effect.
Blue chamomile is not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers.
